About People First
People First was developed in the Departments of Medicine, Dermatology, and Family Medicine to ensure a work environment that puts people first in all things. Our goal is to listen to employee feedback, engage teams to develop solutions, and empower people to deliver results. In response to initial feedback, five pillar teams have been established to lead these initiatives. We welcome ALL staff members to consider being a part of this meaningful change!

People First springs into action with tree planting!
On Saturday, April 13, volunteers for the first of four spring tree planting and community garden service projects gathered to plant trees in Hazelwood.
Early birds connect at Coffee & Community event!
On Tuesday, February 6, the Coffee and Community event provided the opportunity for People First team members to come together and collaborate on ideas and new initiatives. It was a great way to start the day!
